The show's final eight seasons. Brynn Cartelli, Chevel Shepherd, Jake Hoot, and Girl Named Tom were all on the show when she joined in 2014 and together they all won four times.


Cabello, a former member of Fifth Harmony, is making her reality TV judging debut on the show, which is based on the popular "The X Factor."


Cabello, a multiplatinum recording artist, announced Sunday afternoon on TikTok that she is joining NBC's The Voice for Season 22.


Cabello will join Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, and John Legend as full-time coaches, TVLine has learned exclusively. After Kelly Clarkson's departure from the show, she is taking her place as the new coach of American Idol.

Cabello previously served as a member of Team Legend's advisory board during Season 21.


At 8.2 million total weekly viewers and a 1.0 demo rating (Live+7 playback), The Voice last fall was the most-watched show on television this season. Only the #OneChicago trifecta drew a larger total audience for NBC this season, and it tied for sixth place in the demo with This Is Us, #OneChicago, and SVU.


NBC is expected to reveal the premiere date for The Voice's Season 22 at its Upfront presentation/fall schedule reveal to advertisers on Monday morning.
